Airlie Beach is about to step back in time as the immersive theatre experience NOSTALGIA makes its dazzling debut at Magnums Hotel launching Friday 1st August – 7pm 

This brand-new show promises a journey through the most iconic eras of nightclub history! From the swinging 60s, glittering 70s, neon-lit 80s, rebellious 90s, all the way to the club anthems of the 2000s. This isn’t your average nightclub night out! Magnums is being transformed into a classy, seated theatre venue, complete with world-class entertainment, velvet vibes and a full sensory experience.

This high-energy theatre show is packed with iconic music, dazzling dance routines, powerhouse acrobatics, comedy and unforgettable fashion that defined generations. Whether you’re a child of Motown, a disco diva, a new wave rebel, or a Y2K club kid – Nostalgia will transport you to the nights you never wanted to end!

“We’re reimagining the classic night out — with a theatrical twist,” said the show’s creative directors Angela & Emmalene. “Whether you lived through the disco days or just love the music, NOSTALGIA brings those unforgettable eras to life in a totally new way.”

As part of the Great Barrier Reef Festival, the NOSTALGIA cast will also hit the streets on Saturday 2nd August, joining the community parade in full costume before lighting up the main stage in a show-stopping evening performance, giving festivalgoers a taste of the spectacle to come.
