Great Barrier Reef Festival are calling for new volunteers
In celebration of Volunteering Australia and volunteer week 2023, we are holding a ‘meet and greet’ this on week Thursday 18th May new new and old volunteers. Anyone interested in joining or returning to the festival are invited to join us at Paradise Rooftop Bar & Restaurant from 5.30 pm.
The Great Barrier Reef Festival is a great opportunity to get involved in your community, meet new people and have fun, while giving back to the community. No previous experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and willingness to help out! We welcome volunteers of all ages and backgrounds.
Whilst we always need volunteers over the weekend of the festival we are also looking for volunteers who are able to help organise events – with some of our regular volunteers taking a break this leaves an opportunity for someone new to come in and breath new life into these events.
